A business doing $2.7M per year with a $900k EBITDA is already on solid ground.
They want to get the business over $10M in 5 years.
The 2 year target is to get the business over $4M in annual revenue with $1.6M EBITDA

The challenge is owner dependancy. The business relies too much on the owner. If the owner leaves for 6 months, the business will likely shrink.
The growth strategy in this case is to:
Remove Owner Dependency - To do that we set up Quarterly Rocks all designed to remove owner dependancy. This allows their team to create a pathway for taking on new employees without the owner needing to train them. It allowed them to Promote a key person to the GM role. They were able to support the new GM in hiring a new key employee to handle billable work the owner was doing.
With that phase complete, the team turned to adding customer acquisition channels that do not require the owners effort.
But, the owner is still heavily involved is sales.
The next step will be to hire an A-Player Account Executive to own sales.
